The keys F1-F12 in a row at the very top of the keyboard are the function keys. Each of these keys is used for individual purposes. Basically, there is no alternative to these keys to make the computer operate easily. However, many of us have no idea about these keys, again many people know very little. Moreover, we may forget that we do not always use all the function keys. So make today's post thinking about all of you and thinking about the maximum use of all function keys. I hope you find it useful.

 F1

It acts as a help key. Press the F1 key while the window of any program is open. Then you will see the help window.

 Press the key to enter CMOS Setup.

 Microsoft Office Ribbon / Task Pan can be shown and hidden by pressing Ctrl + F1.

 Pressing Windows Key + F1 will open Microsoft Windows Help and Support Center.

 F2

সকল To rename files and folders in all versions of Windows, files or folders can be renamed by pressing it to rename.

 Document window can be opened in Microsoft Office by pressing Alt + Ctrl + F2. For example, if you go to PowerPoint and press these keys, a window will appear with the title "Open". This will allow you to open PowerPoint files (other files can also be opened).

F3

 If you press the F3 key from the desktop then the search option will open. Similarly, for applications that use search options, such as web browser - F3, the search option will come. However, it does not work in all applications.

 Pressing F3 on MS-DOS or Windows command line will show the last command.

 Shift + F3 is used in Microsoft Office to change cases (all upper, all lower, only the first letter of each word uppercase).

 Pressing Windows Key + F3 will show Outlook search options.

Mission Apple Computer's Mac OS X will open Mission Control.

 F4

 Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer will open the address bar. (In Firefox or any other browser, select the address bar and press F4, then the address bar will open.

 F5 works for web browser webpage or document refresh.

 Press F6 to move the cursor to the address bar of the web browser.

 Pressing Ctrl + Shift + F6 can be toggled from one document to another in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word).

F7

7 Press the F7 key to check spelling and grammar in Microsoft Office.

 Pressing Shift + F7 will check the highlighted word (if there is a cursor in the word) Thesaurus.

ে Carat browsing (using a movable cursor on a web page) in Firefox can be done by pressing the F7 key.

F8

F The F8 key is pressed to go to the Windows Startup menu and it is usually used to run Windows Safe Mode.

 F9
