And all this has been done through the computer. In our daily work, we use various tools of Microsoft Office. Such as Microsoft Word, Excel. Today we will know some of the shortcuts in Excel-

Shortcut keys are -

Ctrl + Arrow: Cursor at the end of writing to the right, left, up, and down.

Ctrl + Home: Cursor at the beginning of the field or text.

Ctrl + End: Cursor at the end of the field or text.

Ctrl + Page Up: Go to the previous page or worksheet.

Ctrl + Page Down: Go to the next page or worksheet.

Alt + Page Up Positioned in the first column of the document.

Alt + Page Down: Located in the last column of the document.

Alt + Enter: Create the next line with two clicks by placing the cursor in the field.

Shift + TAB: Move from the backfield to the first field one by one.

Ctrl + 1: Change fonts, borders, numbers, etc.

Ctrl + 2: Bold the font.

Ctrl + 3: Italicize the text.

Ctrl + 4: Underline text.

Ctrl + 5: Strike through the middle of the text (strikethrough).

Ctrl + 7: Remove the standard toolbar.

Ctrl + 9: Delete the cursor in the field (row delete).

Ctrl + 0: Delete column.

Alt + F1: Attach the chart sheet to the worksheet.

Atl + F2: Save As.

Ctrl + F3: Open the Define dialog box.

Ctrl + F4: Close the file.

Ctrl + F5: Adala window with the file name.

Ctrl + F8: Open the dialog box for creating macros.

Ctrl + F9: Minimize the file.

Ctrl + F10: Separate window with the file name.

Syntax:

= GCD (4,16,64)

= LCM (24,36)

If we want to find the square root of a number, we can easily find the square root using the SQRT formula. But the value of the Number must be positive.

Syntax:

= SQRT (81)

The powder formula is used to find the square or power of a number.

Syntax-

= POWER (5,2)

Here 5 is the number and 2 is the power. The answer to that syntax will be 25.

ROUND is expressed by approximate value. For example, if the number 2.585 is asked to write a decimal approximation value, 2.56 is written.

Syntax: = ROUND (18.378,2)

Answer - 18.38

This can be easily determined using the formulas NOW, Month (Now ()), and YEAR (Now ()).

Syntax:

= NOW ()

= YEAR (Now ())

Want to know what date?

= WEEKDAY ("01/01/1990")

Ans- 6 (i.e. Friday)
