To clean up unnecessary files, go to Start-Run, type cleanmgr and press Enter. Now a menu will appear, select the drive you want to clean from here, and click Ok. Now, if you want to delete the unneeded files, then the drive will be clean by ticking the OK sign. Go to Start-Run and select the drive that you want to clean cleanmgr, Ok.
Click Yes will clear the drive.
This can also be done from Disk Property.
